| Graduated from Kharkov State University (Physico-technikal Department) in 1973. Since 1975 he is with the ILTPE NAS Ukraine, defended a PhD Thesis in 1997. Scientific interests: electron systems over a liquid helium surface, two-dimensional Wigner crystals, low temperature techniques and equipment. He is an author and co-author of 100 publications and inventions.
