Graduated from Kharkov State University (Radiophysics Department) in 1978. Since 1980 he is with the ILTPE NAS Ukraine, defended a PhD Thesis in 1994. Scientific interests: low-dimensional charged systems in helium, quantum computers. He is an author and co-author of over 30 publications and inventions.
