| Graduated from Kharkov State University (Physics Department) in 1975. Since 1975 he is with the ILTPE NAS Ukraine, defended a PhD Thesis in 1984. Doctor of Physics and Mathematics (2005). Scientific interests: physics of low-dimensional charged systems, hydrodynamics of layered helium isotope mixtures in restricted geometry. He is an author and co-author of over 80 publications and inventions.
