Graduated from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute (Physics and Mechanics Department) in 1954. In 1954-1964 he worked at the Ukrainian Physico-Technical Institute, defended a PhD Thesis in 1962. Since 1964 he is with the ILTPE NAS Ukraine, defended a Doctor’s Thesis in 1981, a Professor since 1990, a winner of the State Prize of Ukraine (1996), a co-author of the discovery of quantum diffusion phenomena (1973).
He was gone 4 February 2009.

Yurii Z. Kovdrya

Graduated from Kharkov State University (Physics and Mathematics Department) in 1959. Since 1965 he is with the ILTPE NAS Ukraine, defended a PhD (1973) and a Doctor’s (1993) Theses, a Professor since 1999. He is an author and co-author of over 100 publications and inventions. Scientific interests: charged particles in superfluid helium and its isotope mixtures, low-dimensional electron systems over liquid helium surface. He is an author and co-author of over 120 publications and inventions
He was gone January 2007.
